I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The facilities were kept very clean throughout my stay, particularly the hotel rooms which were spacious and had modern furnishings. The restaurant on the river served some of the best dishes I've ever tasted for breakfast. It had fine pastries and a beautiful view of the river. The location of this hotel was perfect too - just a 15-minute drive from the old city centre.

We dined at the restaurant on the river and were impressed by the excellent cuisine and stunning views. the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms stood out, and the staff was helpful and courteous. the refurbished rooms were spacious and modern.

The hotel's communication was poor, and the requested airport pickup was a no-show, causing inconvenience.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The facilities were very clean, and the staff was kind and always smiling. The food was exceptional, and we enjoyed trying a variety of dishes from both of the restaurants. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and scenic views.

The internet could be better, and it was sometimes difficult to communicate with staff due to language barriers. We also found it frustrating that some staff members did not prioritize our requests for certain amenities and that there was no spa or salon available despite the hotel's name.

The hotel had a great location near a bustling city center and had a vast array of food options. the staff was kind and always greeted us with smiles.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Our room was not properly cleaned, and there were several stains on the bedding and carpet.
